Job Overview
Job Responsibilities:
  • To design, coordinate and manage projects from design stage to project completion
  • To assist in any area that is required by the principal in schematic design, design development and project implementation
  • To liaise and coordinate with client, consultants, specialists, contractors and authorities
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent
  • Prefer registered Graduate Architects (LAM Part II)
  • Competent in design and contract administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Must have own transport
  • Good spoken and written English
